DETROIT -- The Tigers' bats didn't stay down long. They made sure another sweep at the hands of the Twins wouldn't happen. One night after struggling against Minnesota pitching, the Tigers tied their season high for runs in a 19-3 win over the Twins on Saturday night before a sellout crowd of 41,137 fans at Comerica Park.
